The Founders

The Voice Factory was founded by Yana Kris and Marcelo Molina, who lead the company together.

Marcelo Molina

Founder · Director & creator of the shows · Stage & musical direction

Marcelo Molina creates and stages The Voice Factory’s productions. He leads the stage direction, acting and musical direction, guiding the artists to the stage both dramatically and musically. As a writer and composer he creates original stories with his own songs — currently the feature musical film “Pipo & Kallo”.

Yana Kris

Founder · Vocal training & coaching

Yana Kris leads the vocal training of The Voice Factory’s artists. She is an internationally renowned musical-theatre performer with a stage career of more than 35 years, including leading roles in major musicals — experience she now passes on to the next generation.
